We have a 30-day money back policy. In addition to the product costs, all unused airtime is refundable during this period. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
Packages containing visibly opened phones and/or 'unsnapped' SIM cards are subject to a minor $10 restocking fee. If the product return is due to an equipment or service defect, no restocking fee applies. A refund credit is issued back to the credit card used to purchase the service.
